Perishable food — returns Because our products are perishable, handcrafted food items, we cannot accept returns. This is standard for fresh food and is for your safety.
We stand behind every order. If your order arrives damaged, melted, incorrect, or not as described, contact us within [7] days of delivery and we will replace it or issue a full refund. No return shipment necessary — please send a photo.

Refund timing Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within [5–10] business days.
Cancellations Orders may be cancelled before they ship. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled, but the guarantee above still applies.
Non-perishable items (gift bags, merchandise) may be returned unused within [30] days for a full refund.
