Agreement By using raisingthecandybar.com, ncchocolatier.com or placing an order, you agree to these terms. NC Chocolatier is the trade name of Nut & Candy LLC ("we," "us").

Orders Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline any order, and may limit or cancel quantities. We will contact you if we cannot fulfill your order.

Pricing and accuracy Prices are in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. We work to keep product descriptions, images, and prices accurate, but errors can occur. If a product is listed at an incorrect price, we may cancel the order and issue a full refund.

Products Our products are handcrafted; slight variation in appearance is normal. Product images are representative.

Allergens Our products are made in a facility that processes milk, tree nuts, peanuts, soy, wheat, and eggs. If you have a food allergy, please review product information and contact us before ordering.

Kosher certification All of our products are certified kosher by the cRc (Chicago Rabbinical Council) and are Cholov Yisroel and Yoshon. Products are pareve unless the product page identifies them as dairy. Certification status is stated on each product page; if you have a question, contact us before ordering. If you received a corporate order, it may be marked as Cholov Stam and is certified as such.

Shipping, returns, and privacy Governed by our Shipping Policy, Return & Refund Policy, and Privacy Policy, which are part of these terms.

Acceptable use You may not use this site for unlawful purposes, to interfere with its operation, or to copy or scrape its content. Site content, images, and marks are our property.

Limitation of liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a product or this site is limited to the amount you paid for the product. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Governing law These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Cook County, Illinois.

Changes We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site means you accept the updated terms.
