Where we ship We ship within the continental United States.

Processing time Orders are prepared fresh and typically ship within [1–2] business days. We do not ship or deliver on Saturdays or Jewish holidays.

Shipping methods and cost Shipping is calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and service level. The full shipping cost is shown before you complete your order.

Perishable items — please read Chocolates are meltable and are perishable. From May through September, we ship perishable items with insulated packaging and ice packs and require 2-Day or faster service. To protect your order:

• We ship perishable orders Monday–Thursday only, so nothing sits in transit over a weekend.
• Orders are shipped to arrive before the weekend, though we can't guarantee what the shipping carrier does once they receive the product
• Please ensure someone can receive the package promptly. We cannot be responsible for products left outdoors in heat.
